This statement distinguishes information on the current public site from the private Member Hub architecture being prepared for verified chapter access.

The public site presents reviewed chapter information. Student media requires documented permission before public release. Member Hub access remains individually approved, and analytics, uploads, and payments are not used.
The public site shares chapter identity, confirmed leadership and archive information, and reviewed resources. Student media requires documented permission before public release. The site does not provide public access to a member roster or private study records.
The planned Member Hub uses a durable member record with separately approved login identities. Student email addresses are never displayed on the public site.
Only active members may use normal private features. Suspended and inactive members lose Member Hub application access even if an identity provider can still authenticate them.
Members see their own private preparation data. Student administrators do not receive individual quiz answers, scores, notes, or study history merely because they manage chapter operations.
Prepared Member Hub controls
Roster allowlistNo public registration. A personal login email must be reviewed and connected to a chapter-approved member record.
Separate oversightAdviser academic oversight is distinct from student operational administration.
Private-study retentionPrivate quiz, study, readiness, and note records are initially eligible for deletion about 90 days after inactivity or season-end archival.
Limited authentication testingMember Hub is currently available to approved chapter accounts during limited testing.
