This statement explains what the chapter publishes, how private Member Hub access works, and which recovery and retention details remain under review.

The site presents reviewed chapter information. Student photos require documented permission before publication. Member Hub access is approved one account at a time, and this site does not use analytics, member uploads, or payments.
The public site shares chapter identity, confirmed leadership and archive information, and reviewed resources. Student media requires documented permission before public release. The site does not provide public access to a member roster or private study records.
A personal email may be approved for sign-in without becoming a public profile. Student email addresses are never displayed on the public site.
Signing in does not automatically grant chapter access. Member Hub is limited to approved, active chapter members; suspended or inactive accounts cannot use private features.
Members see their own private preparation data. Student administrators do not receive individual quiz answers, scores, notes, or study history merely because they manage chapter operations.
Member Hub access
Approved accounts onlyThere is no public registration. A personal email must be reviewed and connected to an approved, active chapter member before it can be used.
Student and adviser access stay separateOfficers who manage the website do not automatically receive another member's study details. Any adviser review access is approved separately.
Retention target under reviewThe current working target is approximately 90 days after inactivity or season-end archival; this period is not finalized. Account-recovery and lost-authenticator procedures also remain under review.
Controlled chapter rolloutMember Hub is available to approved chapter accounts during controlled rollout. Full-roster onboarding remains separate from individually approved access.
